About me

I qualified as a Psychodynamic counsellor in 2011 and then went onto study a level 5 Diploma in CBT in 2020. I have worked in a number of different roles during my career including working with families in Children's Social care, in HMP prisons with prisoners and also with young people who were victims of criminal and sexual exploitation.

My interest in narcissistic abuse developed through my own personal experience of this abuse during a previous relationship and due to the physical and emotional damage this relationship had on me. Through research and knowledge I was able to understand what had happened to me and I now work with other survivors who are still living with their abuser and are fearful and confused or they have left the relationship and are struggling to understand why they are feeling the way they are.

If you are currently living with an abuser then there are agencies available that can help you.
